| AGB Nutrimin Crop Spray
Description
Nutrimin Crop Spray is a complex mix of trace elements aimed for broadacre application of crops where sandy and acidic soils play a degradative role in soil application.
- Copper is important for reproductive growth, as an aid in root metabolism and helps in the utilization of proteins. Copper deficiency depresses reproductive growth (formation of seeds and fruits), as well as depresses nitrogen fixation in legumes and delays flowering and senescence.
- Zinc is essential for the transformation of carbohydrates and regulates consumption of sugars and is also involved in the production of growth promoting substances (auxins). Zinc deficiency also effects the integrity of cell membranes.
- Manganese functions with enzyme systems involved in the breakdown of carbohydrates, and nitrogen metabolism and by the reduced chlorophyll and gibberellic acids in the plant, inhibits the growth.
- Molybdenum helps in the utilization of Nitrogen.
General Application Rates
- Slight Deficiency (Maintenance): 2.5 L/Ha
- Moderate Deficiency: 5.0 L/Ha
- Severe Deficiency: 7.5 L/Ha
The application rates above are guidelines. Agtrace always recommends consultation with your local agronomist to base the application rates on soil and plant tissue testing, paddock history, environmental factors, soil conditions, and crop type. For more information on these topics please see our Benefits page.
